We keep our fees below market rate for all of our clients by keeping our overhead low and by collecting payment in advance.  In addition, we offer special discounted rates to B Corps., nonprofits, cooperatives, and small social enterprises.

Our hope is that this contributes to our clients’ ability to provide excellent service to their customers and constituencies at a reasonable price while honoring the needs of their workers, communities, and the planet.

Alternative Fee Structures

Billing for legal services by the hour is a time-honored tradition.  However, for some types of work, flat fees make more sense because they allow clients to better predict legal costs.  Because of this, Cutting Edge Counsel charges a flat fee for many basic services such as entity formation and document drafting and review.  Please contact us for more information about our client-friendly fee structures.
